• New collaborator paper out with the Fan Lab! Duo discovered that the tumor microenvironment induces ATF4-mediated PHGDH expression, that regulates endothelial glycolysis -> leading to overgrowth. '“Reprogramming endothelial metabolism by targeting PHGDH may offer a unique opportunity to improve T cell-based immunotherapy”
